Shipping policy

Poppy Ella Boutique uses real time shipping with USPS which is determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date as long as the items are currently in stock. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you require express shipping please be aware that this will be an additional cost to you and that it will be express mailed but does not mean that the order will be processed immediately unless you notify us to let us know immediately once you have placed your order that you have paid for expedite shipping. 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Poppy EllaBoutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Poppy Ella Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, MOD Boutique is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Poppy Ella Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
