Hi there!
I'm Victoria, the face behind Poppy Ella, wife to Jose and mama to Ace! If you know me, you know family is at the center of everything I do. When I'm not at the boutique, you'll probably find me out on our family ranch, at the ballpark or packing up for our next adventure. I believe some of life's best memories are made in the simple moments with the people you love.
Poppy Ella started nearly 6 years ago as a dream I built from home after leaving my full time job so I could homeschool Ace and be present for the moments that matter most. I hoped it would help support my family, but God had much bigger plans.
Along the way, I learned PEB was more than just selling clothes. It became a place where friendships were made, confidence was built and women could feel welcomed, comfortable and beautiful just as they are.
If you've ever walked through my boutique doors, you know I'll probably ask about your family, help you put together an outfit, celebrate your wins or simply listen if you've had a hard day. That's the kind of place I wanted PEB to be -- a boutique that feels like home.

How does local delivery work?
We offer FREE local delivery to customers in the Lower and Mid Rio Grande Valley!
If the local delivery option doesn’t appear at checkout, simply select Local Pickup and note that you’d like local delivery in the checkout notes.
🚚 Deliveries are made before or after store hours, based on availability.
📲 All local deliveries will be confirmed via text by Victoria.
What is the return policy?
Returns can be processed for exchanges or store credit according to our website and in-store policy.
To ensure your exchange or store credit is approved, please confirm that your items adhere to all the guidelines listed below. Any exchanges that do not meet these criteria will be declined.
1. All exchanges or store credits must occur within 7 days of purchase.
2. All clearance items and those discounted by 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE (no exchanges or store credits will be issued).
3. Items should have tags still attached and be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/odor-free condition. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box.
